"Big House" or the "Schmid House" is located next to Blue Island Resort on Litle Arbor Vitae Lake. This amazing three level, four bedroom home is a vacationers' dream. Set back in the woods, the “Big House” offers a stone fireplace, enormous deck and full kitchen with dishwasher. The Big House is supplied with linens, private pier, outside fire pit and paddle boat. Motor rentals are available.
All units are smoke free. Sorry no pets allowed.
Only bed linen’s provided, please make arrangements to provide your own towels and other household items you may require. Check in time: 2:00-5:00 p.m. Check out time: 8:00 a.m. $200 deposit is required to confirm your reservation. the balance is due upon arrival and can be paid by check or cash. Cancelations: A 30 day nootice and no rental loss is incurred, we will return your deposit minus a $15 service charge. If we have a less than 3 day notice, your deposit will not be returned.
